The Claus Roxin Academic Research Centre for Liberalism and the Rule of Law promotes international academic dialogue in the fields of law, medicine, humanities, and social sciences. The centre is supported by a high-level scientific commission comprising over 120 professors from more than 80 universities worldwide.

A platform of trust and promotion
With the great support and deep trust of Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult. Claus Roxin — distinguished German legal scholar and world-renowned academic, university professor at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, member of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences, and honorary chairman of the Karl May Society — Chinese and German colleagues have long been preparing the foundation of the Claus Roxin Academic Research Centre for Liberalism and the Rule of Law and the Claus Roxin International Academic Forum on Humanities and Social Sciences.
In order to actively, comprehensively, fully, and effectively promote international dialogue on jurisprudence, medical research, and the exchange of cutting-edge technology, the development of medical professional ethics, technological progress in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and the establishment and research of ethical and legal systems, the high-level international scientific commission of this research centre and forum was established in 2023, consisting of over 120 professors, experts, and senior researchers from more than 80 renowned universities.
