The Forum is dedicated to the ethical and legal assessment of current developments in medical research, artificial intelligence and advanced technology, as well as foreign language studies. The central question is how universal values—liberalism, the rule of law, democracy—can endure under conditions of profound technological change.
The exchange takes place between China, Germany, Europe and other countries. The contributions appear in both the Claus Roxin Liberal Review and the Modern UNIcert® Forum.
