The Forum is dedicated to the ethical and legal assessment of current developments in medical research<\/strong>, artificial intelligence<\/strong> and advanced technology<\/strong>, as well as foreign language studies<\/strong>. The central question is how universal values\u2014liberalism, the rule of law, democracy\u2014can endure under conditions of profound technological change. <\/p>\n

The exchange takes place between China, Germany, Europe and other countries. The contributions appear in both the Claus Roxin Liberal Review<\/em> and the Modern UNIcert\u00ae Forum<\/em>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
